If you’ve made the decision to replace your existing conservatory roof it’s important that you have the option to personalise both the inside and the outside. Some elements will be included in your Wetheralds quotation whilst others will depend on how you would like to enjoy your new room.
Our roofs look stunning when they are matched to the rest of your property – as if the extension were part of the original build. For this reason, we provide a range of different tile and slate finishes for you to choose from.Lightweight Roofing Tiles are a versatile product used in replacing conservatory roofs.
As standard we will include in your quote a standard lightweight tile, but are happy to discuss different options to suit your style and budget.
We use quality fascia’s and guttering for the important job of protecting and preserving your roof as well as enhancing your home.
All our UPVC fascia boards and guttering are manufactured by the same supplier. That means that all the colours and woodgrain finishes offered across the roofing range will match perfectly – we have 8 different colours and finishes to choose from.
Nationwide suppliers mean we have access to all the items you choose no matter where you are in the country.

Great lighting can give your room atmosphere whether traditional or contemporary. The construction of our solid conservatory roofs gives you the option to include a range of different lighting including spotlights, pendant lights or lighting boxes. We can also fit LED down lighters as an optional extra and are happy to work with you to complete the room to your taste and requirements.
As with a building extension it is possible to include roof windows (often referred to as Velux) in your lightweight conservatory roof.
Some of our customers choose to include Velux roof windows to allow more light and ventilation to be brought into the room, at the same time benefitting from better insulation than offered by glass and polyurethane conservatory roofs.
Again, a range of different interior finishes are available in the windows we offer; white-painted finish, pine finish and white maintenance-free. Looking for something different? Just let us know and we’ll work with you.
We appreciate that the way you plan to use your new room will affect the way you finish it – aside from the options outlined above we are happy to work with you to incorporate other features into your project such as log burners, beams etc. Simply let your Wetheralds Surveyor know your plans and we will work with you to incorporate it into the design of your new Sunroom.
