One of our professional plasterers will skim the walls and ceiling of your Wetheralds Garden Room – all you need to do is decide how you want to decorate it!

An Electric wall heater is included in the electrical package. Additional heaters on quotation.
The SIP panels we use in our Garden Rooms deliver the best thermal properties available to keep the heat in and out, insulating your room for year round use. We include as part of the Electrical package a single wall heater.

The Electrical Package does not include the mains supply from your property, we can provide an additional quote for this work after a site survey. Additional lights / sockets / outside lights can be added to your quotation on request. So however you choose to use your new Garden Room, you have the power to do it!
As standard we include an electrics package for all of our Garden Rooms.
Your Garden Room can be plumbed to meet your needs. (Subject to site survey)
Whether it’s a shower room, sink or toilet we can plumb your Garden Room during the build ready for you for you to install the sanitaryware of your choice.
